All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and/or holidays. Please be advised to observe and follow Christmas Shipping Guidelines as established by USPS.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. As a result, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a slight delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you personally via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery cost estimates
All orders will be shipped to addresses within the United States, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
All shipments will be sent from USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products that have been damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged order, please contact UPS to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
